About the Choir
Choir Membership- The main purpose of the Adult Choir at St. Mark's is to lead the congregation in worship at the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service. Usually from September until May an offertory is presented which is based on the lectionary of the day. The hymns also reflect the message of the lectionary.
The group practices regularly at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings, except during summer months when they practice only on the third Wednesday.

- St. Mark's Choir
- We are graced at St. Mark's with a dedicated all-volunteer choir and organists to provide us with a beautiful variety of music in the Anglican tradition.
Although our service are not chanted, our choir provides important support for the congregation to sing and participate in the liturgy, as well as with hymns both old and new. St. Mark's uses the 1982 Hymnal in the pews supplemented by the "Lift Every Voice and Sing II" hymnals published by Church Publishing. In addition, the choir uses "Worship, Laud, and Praise" for supplemental music. - Choir Director, Gret Kidd
- Gret Kidd, a versatile and dedicated musician, serves as the director of our choir. Tommy Hunter is our organist, with Charles Roden serving when Tommy is out of town.
- Contact Us
- Anyone who enjoys singing and is willing to commit to attending rehearsals and the 10:30 Sunday worship service each week is encouraged to join the choir. Need more information about the Choir? Contact St. Mark's.
